RE: 211 N. Sunset Drive
REPORT: An application to build a new single-family residence on the vacant lot located at the above
referenced address, has been received and accepted as a preliminary site plan by the Planning
Board at the previous meeting. Subsequently, according to Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning
Ordinance Section 305-118, the Planning Board must conduct a public hearing prior to the
consideration of State Environmental Quality Review Act and final Site Plan Approval.
Therefore, a public hearing will be conducted in -person at Marcham Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road,
Ithaca, NY on June 27th, 2022 @ 7:00 pm to hear comments on the proposed project. Additional
detailed information can be found on the Village website: www.cavuga-heights.nv.us under the
Department/Planning Board pull downitab.
