4. Variance Request: 408 East Upland Road
Request by Lauren Butts (agent) of 408 East Upland Road to construct
a new building with a front yard set back of 31.87’, a side yard setback of 10’,
and a rear setback of 13.66’, all of which are less than the 35’ setback(s)
required by the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 305-38:
Building Setbacks; and will have a calculated lot coverage of 25.4% which
exceeds the maximum coverage of 25% allowed by the Village of Cayuga
Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 305-39:Lot Coverage.
