Notice is hereby given that on Monday,April 17, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at Marcham Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road,
Ithaca NY a Public Hearing on Proposed Local Law 2017-A will be held. This Local Law is to override the
Tax Levy Limit as defined by General Municipal Law §3-C.The Board of Trustees will hold its April
Monthly Meeting immediately following.
