A zoning permit application has been received to change the occupancy of an existing retailspace into a professional/business office for skin therapy. In the Commercial Zoning flistrict,such a project to change the type of occupancy (no new construction) is required to receive SitePlan Review by the Planning Board.

I am writing to give. You a little insight as to my profession and my business at the skin studio. I am aParaMedical Esthetician (skin care specialist).-I have been lictnsed by the State of New york for 16 years.I am the owner and sole operator of ihe Skin Studio.
As a ParaMedical Esthetician, I work with people who have skin care issues such as acneo environmentallydamaged skin, and compromised skin due to aging.
I was recently licensed in the field of cosmetic permanent makoup application (,microblading,), and I wilt betreating clients with alopecia and extreme hair l,oss issues.
The people who seek my services include women of all ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds. Each client whovisits the skin studio comes in for appearance concems th"y huu" been unsuccrrrirl at treating in thepast' some have almost given up hope of treating their skin issues. once they step into the quiet, private,tranquil environment of the skin studio, I seek to ease their co'cerns.
I schedule my clients on a one-hour basis. Eachclient is important to me and I make sure that when they cometo the Skin studio for a facial consultation, they have a fu1l understanding of any treatments I offer to help withtheir skin issues.
The Skin Studio operating hours are:
Mondays: 8:00 a.m. to 3 p.m_., Wednesdays: g a.m. to 3 p.m., Fl:idays: 9 a.m.to 3 p.m.Recause my clients are scheduled on an hour-to-hour oasis, i see an average of 6 clients each day.
I will require two parking spaces, one for me and another for rqy client.
once I am settled in my new location, the Health Department will be inspecting my space to make sure allsanitation laws are complied with.
As stated above, the skin Sfudio is a place of relaxation, with dim lighting and tranquil waiting roommusic' My new neighbors will probably not even realize I am thereJoo*Id"rirrg trow quiet the Skin Studio is.
