the applicant is seeking an interpretation of the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance
Section 5: Height of Buildings to determine exactly how the "height"of buildings shall be
calculated. In the event the ZBA determines the height of buildings should be calculated in a
way that renders the applicant's proposed project to be out of compliance with the current
Zoning Ordinance,then the applicant will be seeking an second area variance to construct a
second story on top of the existing building that is the subject of the first area variance request.
