A zoning permit application to construct a new home at the above referenced property
has been denied. The proposed height of the building would be 32', which is more than
the maximum of 25' allowed by the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section
5: Height of Buildings. The owner is seeking a variance to allow the increased height.
Therefore a public hearing has been scheduled for 7:00 pm on September 7th, 2016 at
Marcham Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road.
