Proposed Medical Office Building, 903 l-{anshaw Road
A zoning permit application to construct a new 2 story building for the above referenced purpose
was received on 7118116. Such a projeclt(in the CommercialZoning District) is required to
receive Site Plan Review by the Planning Board. A public hearing was opened at the 8122116
Planning Board meeting during which more information was requested of the applicant.
Therefore, the public may still offer comments during the upcoming meeting on 9126116. Upon
closing of the public hearing, tlre Plannirrg Board will review the application for determination of
environmental significance according to NYSEQR regulations.
To collect information and input from the public on this project, the Public Hearing will be open
on September 26, 2016 @ 7:00 pm at Marcham Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road to hear comments on
the proposed project. The following properties are located within 200' and will receive this notice
by mail:
