Paragraph 8, p 30 (redlined)

amendment that was implemented for Ulysses so that further amendments are not needed
for future non-members. It also specifically prohibits a receiver of water from selling the
water to a third party unless approved by the Commission – Paragraph 16, pp 25, 27
(clean)
9. Addition of expansion of plant section; provides a trigger point for implementing
treatment capacity expansion – Paragraph 17, pg 30 (clean)
10. Settlement of Disputes is by judgment of the Supreme Court of State of NY in
Tompkins County – changes arbitration to optional – Paragraph 22, pg 32 (clean)

and eliminates Schedule B (Definition of Units for Purposes of Connection Charges) – pg
51, 81 (redlined)

(possibly with the exception of appendices – these could be changed with simple
majority), and decision for arbitration. – pp 8, 15, 16, 24 (current AMC); pp 12, 28, 32,

Village of Lansing as owner, updated water districts, rearranged sections to a more
logical order
