Myneighbor Unda Bos has-gr.lclously consented to read this leuer voicing my conrems withthe warren Real EsgP building proposal. while r r"*jJ"" the proposed srrucrure asplearing and tasteful, it changes my property at21o7 N.-Triphammeiconsiderably. I amthe first properry to the north borderingitr" puufo p*rt. ' tr-osingttre "greefi barrier" causes considerable concern. The current naturalvesetation and {p mqrure trees lirerallv hide r&gploIq$ylalhq_slglb qme. TfrlU_-was appealirtg when I purchased my home ano-continue@ r "nd:oqPo th9 frnosgd wrolght iion fence along south side of the path wilt havenewly planted shrubs, but this cannot take the pl#e of tali mature trees. Iencourage Mr. Warren to carefully consider the possibilities.with a considerable amount of pavirrg, whetheiasphalt or concrete, comes the qotential foldnainage problems. rf the solution inciudes draining the run-off tothe creek, all the residents who border it may suffer and then be forced to react. Ifthey drain to the north, my property which lies a bit lowercould be flooded witheach heavy rain. I w-ould encourage Mr. warren and the developer to oo more-than "rneet code" in this area. It could save later reactionary me:uures and legalprobtrems. 3' Haying a palqng lot outside my back door is less rhan pleasing. Having saidparkiug lot lighted throughout the night is.iust not acceptable. I encourage Mr.Warren to consider something that providas security bur it not obtrusive.4' And, finally: Pj perhaprs the nnostimportuntissue is the proposed driveway rharfeeds onto TriphammerRoad on the west. It is lirerally zbyds from thai proposeddrive to the stop sign at the intersection. The trafficgoing west on Hanshaw andturning onto Triphammer is currently problematic at best! Without doing a safetysfudy, it appears to be an incredible iact or good judgment to have a driveway soclose to the intercection at that very precarious spot. -safety issues abound withthis proposed driveway. I am adamantly opposed to this p.rt rilt"prpr*ul. I ynoemtano the project is goiug ahead as is the properry owner's prerogative. However,I implore that the Board (and Mr. Wanen) consideith*Loncerns for aeJthetic and safetyreasons as well as acting in the spirit of being ..good neighbors.,' Res;rectful I y-subm i tted, -V"uryt{6Mverna M" nrummett 2107 N.
