An application for a zoning permit to construct a new building at the above
referenced location has been made. Such new projects in a Commercial Zoning
District require Site Plan Review by the Planning Board, to determine any
impacts of the project on the community and environment. As required by the
Village Ordinance, the Planning Board must conduct a public hearing to receive
any comments from the neighbors within 200', as well as the general public.
Therefore a Public Hearing has been scheduled for Monday, August 1s, 200b @
7:00 pm in the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road.
Also note, this project has requested and received a variance(s) to allow the
front and side yard setbacks as shown on the site plan (see attached drawing).
