I have received an application for a zoning permit to subdivide the above referenced lot
into two separate OuilOing lots, As proposed, both lots will meet the minimum lot size of
12S'average width x 150; average depth as required by Zoning Ordinance Section 7"a.

This application is for a minor subdivision as defined by Section lll 2 of Local Law #2 ol
lgg1.According to Section lll.3.c Procedure, no public hearing shall be required for a
rninor subdivision. This has been the practice of Planning Board in all such cases.
The applicant will be available at the meeting to answer any questions. lf the Planning
Board is prepared to approve this application, the following resolution is required:
RESOLUTION XXXX: TO APPROVE APPLICATION BY JOHN ROGERS TO
SUBDIVIDE LOT 7-2.10INTO TWO BUILDING LOTS
Whereas, tax parcel 7-2-1A is currently a vacant lot and John Rogers (owner) has
made an application to subdivide it into two separate building lots, and
Whereas, the proposed action is a minor subdivision as defined by Local Law #2 af
1gg2, Section'ltl.i, wfrich does not require a public hearing as per Section lll'3.c', and
Whereas, the Zoning Officer has verified that both of the proposed lots will be in
compliance with the Zoning Ordinance, and
Whereas, the proposal is a Type llAction as defined by NYCRR 617.5, which does not
require review of environmental impacts under SEQRA, and now
Therefore, the Village of Cayuga Heights Planning Board determines that this proposal
is not subject to SEQRA review, and
Therefore, the Village of Cayuga Heights Planning Board hereby approves the
subdivision of tax parcel 7-2'1A into two building lots.
