Neithercomplainant had any idea who could have done it. Two residents in the Highgate Rd area reported thattheir maiiboxes had been damaged. tt appearea that both had been struck by a hard object. Both parties agreed to go separat. ,1,u_V, for the nighi. an employee of Kendal reportedreceiving annoying phone calls from her intoxicated d'""ciltk t;iii""a and wanted him to quit callingher' The llecessary advice was given the male subject and-the cars discontinued. The final harassment wasreported by a female subject who stated that earlier that evening hei-"r" housemate had pushed her downand did damage to her bedroom door. She did not wish to press charges but wanted the officer to soeak
with him about his actions. The male housemate was contacted in regards to the incident. There were four
Village Ordinance complaints: three for dogs running loose or barking and one for a solicitor who was
goinidoor to door without a permit. There were four Vehicle and Traffic complaints received: three for
tir"!11un"o,rs problems and one for Driving While Intoxicated which resulted in the arrest of a 24 year old
male. There were a total of one hundred and seventeen miscellaneous complaints handled by this
department for the month of March.
During the month of March, Chief Lansing, Officer Lanning and Officer Steinmetz participated in the
annual Eckerd Drug Quiz.
The full time officers worked 55 hours of overtime and the part-time officers worked 78 hours' There was
a total of $2,085 reported lost or stolen and $335 in property was recovered for the month of March.
