The pr,evious legislation allowed for an income limit of $24,000 to receive a fifty percent (b0%) reduction in taxablevalue. The new legislation signed into law this year allows for the minimum level to increase to $26,000. In addition,this new legislation allows for the maximum income level to be increased to $34,3gg for eligibility for a five percent (5%)reduction in taxable value.
