VILLAGE OF CAYUGA HEIGHTS PLANNING BOARD RESOLUTION
ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER 28 , 2011 TH
SITE PLAN REVIEW FOR AN ADDITION TO MARCHAM HALL
Motion made by: Fred Cowett
Motion seconded by: Henry Richardson
WHEREAS:
A.This matter involves consideration of the following proposed action: Site Plan
Review for the addition of approximately 530 sq. ft. of new space to the
Village of Cayuga Heights’ village hall, Marcham Hall. The addition will
accommodate two ADA compliant restrooms, a new ADA compliant rear
entrance, and a new office for the Village’s Chief of Police; and
B.On November 28 , 2011, in accordance with Article 8 of the New York Stateth
Environmental Conservation Law - the State Environmental Quality Review
Act (“SEQR”), and 6 NYCRR Section 617.5, the Village of Cayuga Heights
Planning Board determined that the proposed action is a Type II (7) action,
and thus may be processed without further regard to SEQR; and
C.On November 28 , 2011, the Village of Cayuga Heights Planning Board heldth
a duly noticed public hearing on the Marcham Hall addition, and thereafter
reviewed and analyzed the issues raised during such public hearing and any
possible conditions that might be imposed in conjunction with the Site Plan
Review; and
D.On November 28 , 2011, the Village of Cayuga Heights Planning Board (i)th
determined that no further public hearing would be required for the purpose of
acting upon the Marcham Hall Site Plan Review application, (ii) further
reviewed the possible conditions and requirements to be attached to any
approvals to be granted for the Marcham Hall Site Plan, and (iii) confirmed
what, if any, condition(s) and requirement(s) should be attached to any
approval to be granted for the Marcham Hall Site Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1.The Village of Cayuga Heights Planning Board, based upon all of its
foregoing review and action, hereby grants approvals of the Marcham Hall
addition, subject to the following conditions and requirements:
A.Approval from the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Board of
Appeals for an Area Variance to exceed the allowable lot co verage
of a building in a commercial district.

The vote on the foregoing motion was as follows:
AYES: Unanimous - Henry Richardson, Fred Cowett, Sean Cunningham,
Graham Gillespie
NAYS:None
The motion was declared to be carried.
