line of 206 Oak Hill Road. The fence is a 6’ tall structure that is installed on varying ground conditions
that result in the top of the fence being approximately 6’-8’ above the adjacent sidewalk. The fence does
not impede pedestrians, enhances the view of the property and meets with the approval of neighbors
who are impacted by it.
