RE: 206 Oak Hill Road
REPORT: A zoning permit application to allow an existing 6.0' high wood fence to remain has
been denied. The fence is located at the front property line, which is less than the 25'
required by Zoning Ordinance Section 6: Yards
The applicant has requested a variance to allow the fence to remain as constructed.
Therefore, a Public Hearing has been scheduled on December 7, 2015 @ 7:15 pm at
the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road, to hear public comment on this case.
It should be noted that this property was previously granted a variance for an 8' high
fence that was to be located approximately 5-10' from the front property line as a
condition of that approval.
