HomeMy WebLinkAboutZBANOTICE.pdfPUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that on July 6, 2015 the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing at the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road, Ithaca, NY to seek comments on the following variance request(s): 7:00 pm: Request by Katherine Durrant (owner) of 105 Berkshire Road, to allow a new lot to be subdivided with 38.33’ road frontage, which is less than the 75’ required by the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 7.b: Building Coverage Requirements. 7:15 pm: Request by Mindy Mindlin and Roy Levine (owners) of 112 Midway Road, to construct a new carport with a side yard setback of approximately 8’, which is less than the 15’ required by Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 6: Yard Requirements.
