RE: 210 Hampton Road
REPORT: A zoning permit application has been denied, to install 6’-8” high fence at approximately
6” from rear property line, which is less than 15’ required by Section 6 of the Village of
Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance. The applicant is seeking a variance to allow the
fence to be installed as purposed.
Therefore, a public hearing has been scheduled for 7:00 pm on May 4, 2015 at the
Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road, Ithaca, NY to consider an area variance for the non-
compliance. The following is a list of property owners within 200’ of the applicant’s
property that will receive a copy of this report by mail:
