NOTICE is hereby given that on February 2, 2015 the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Board
of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing at the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road, Ithaca, NY to
seek comments on the following variance requests:
7:00 pm: Request by Matthew Andrews (agent) of 524 Highland Road, to allow an existing fence
to remain approximately 10’ from the front property line(s), which is less than the 25’ required
by the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 6: Yard Requirements.
7:15 pm: Request by George Fowler (owner) of 1 Triphammer Lane, to allow new fence(s) to be
installed 2.5’ from the front/side property line, which is less than the 25’ required by the Village
of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 6: Yard Requirements.
