RE: 1 Triphammer Lane
REPORT: A zoning permit application has been denied, to install 6' high fence(s) at approximately
4' and 2.5'from the front/side property lines (Triphammer Road and Triphammer Lane),
which is less than 25' and 15' required by Section 6 of the Village of Cayuga Heights
Zoning Ordinance. The applicant is seeking a variance to allow the fence(s) to be
installed as purposed.
Therefore, a public hearing has been scheduled for 7:15 pm on February 2, 2014 at the
Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road, Ithaca, NY to consider an area variance for the non-
compliance. The following is a list of property owners within 200' of the applicant's
property that will receive a copy of this report by mail:
