RE: 524 Highland Road
REPORT: A zoning permit application has been denied, to allow an existing (recently constructed)
8' high fence (90% open) to remain at approximately 10' from the front property lines)
(Highland and Hanshaw), which is less than 25 required by Section 6 of the Village of
Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance. The applicant is seeking a variance to allow the
fence to remain as constructed.
Therefore, a public hearing has been scheduled for 7:00 pm on December 1, 2014 at
the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road, Ithaca, NY to consider an area variance for the
non-compliance. The following is a list of property owners within 200' of the applicant's
property that will receive a copy of this report by mail:
