Cross, Zoning Officer RE: 112 Midway Road REPORT: A zoning permit application has been denied, to allow construction of a proposed carport at approximately 8' from the side property line, which is less than 15 required by Section 6 of the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance. The applicant is seeking a variance to allow the carport to be constructed as proposed. Therefore, a public hearing has been scheduled for 7:15 pm on December 1, 2014 at the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road, Ithaca, NY to consider an area variance for the non-compliance.
