Our family is comprised of three boys, the youngest of which is 2 years old. Given the home is bordered by a fast running gorge/creek, I wanted the fence to prohibit any possible access to the gorge/creek, and thus prevent any injury or death by drowning to any of my three boys. Similarly, there is a drainage run-off"creek"on the other side of the property which poses a similar threat to our children. 2. We installed the fence to keep our two dogs confined within the perimeter of the property to avoid creating any nuisance to adjacent property owners. 3. We are seeking to avoid the presence of deer(and thus ticks/lyme disease) on our property to avoid any physical harm to our children or ourselves. I would note that the fence was installed with aesthetics in mind, and thus there are two lovely wooden gates with attached trellises. Further, the fence is transparent for purposes of maintaining the park-like setting of the Cayuga Heights Village. Lastly, any portion of the fence that exists on the front of the property was purposely weaved behind existing shrubbery for purposes of maintaining the landscape. Thank you for your time, effort and consideration. cerely, Elizabeth Aherne
