RE: 823 Hanshaw Road
REPORT: A zoning permit application for an existing 6' high wood fence at the above referenced
address has been denied. The existing fence is located at approximately11' to the side
property line, which is less than the 15' setback as required by Section 6 of the Village
of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance. The owner is seeking a variance to allow the
existing fence to remain.
Therefore, a public hearing has been scheduled for 7:00 pm on August 20, 2013 at
Marcham Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road, to consider an area variance for the non-
compliance. The following is a list of property owners within 200' of the applicant's
property that will receive a copy of this report by mail:
