REPORT: A zoning permit application for a new 8' high solid f at th abov ferenced
address has been denied. The fence is proposed to be approximately 0' (perpendicular)
to the side/rear front property line, which is less than the 15' setback as required by
Section 6 of the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance. The owner is seeking a
variance to allow the fence to be constructed as proposed. There are other fences o
this property that are compliant and subject to a zoning permit.
Therefore, a public hearing has been scheduled for 7:15 m o(4ul !
