NOTICE is hereby given that on May 6, 2013 the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Board of
Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing at the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road to consider the
following variance application(s):
7:00 pm: Request by Tim Ciaschi, owner of 903 Hanshaw Road, to allow a business tenant to
have a freestanding sign that is 7 sf, which is in excess of the existing 10 sf allowed by Village of
Cayuga Heights Zoning Section 17.B.2.e: SIGNS.
7:15 pm: Request by Aileen Easterbrook, owner of 823 Hanshaw Road, to allow an existing 6’
high wood fence to remain at approximately 11’ to side property, which is less than the 15’
setback required by Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Section 6: YARDS.
7:30 pm: Request by David Lennox, owner of 1001 Highland Road, to allow a new 6’ high fence
to be located at 13’ from front property line, which is less than the 25’ setback required by
Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Section 6: YARDS.
