We fenel that the requested variance should be granted forth follow reasons:
Keeping the retaining wall will give us more flexibility nd sp e for landscaping between our
fence and the street.
Retaining wall is not absolutely necessary, but the I n scapinH facing the street would be more
aesthetically pleasing with retaining wall in place.
Area affected by proposed variance is small.
Proposed variance will not have an adverse effect c n t ic phy al/environmental conditions in
the neighborhood.
