The fence must remain substantially as it exists. Second case: 1. The fence must remain substantially as it exists. 2. The new portion of the fence must be built substantially the same as the existing fence. 3. The total fence length, including the new portion, must be no greater than 50 feet. 4. The new portion of the fence must be finished on both sides. 5. The fence must be no greater than 7 feet high. When you build the new section, would you give the contractor a heads up that the fence is right on the propefi line - and ideally would appear finished on both sides? In the current fence, there is a row of long nails stictcing out on our side (I could try to send Bruce out there with a hammer to bang those down if needed).
