RE: 210 E. Upland Road
REPORT: A zoning permit application to allow an existing 6' high wood fence to remain on the side
property line, has been denied. The fence is located at approximately 0' to the side
property line, which is less than the 15' side yard setback required by Zoning Ordinance
Section 6. Yard Requirements.
The applicant has requested a variance to allow the existing fence to remain in place.
Therefore, a Public Hearing has been scheduled on January 9, 2013 @ 7:00 pm at
Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road, to hear public comment on this case.
