RE: 112 Midway Road
REPORT: A zoning permit application to allow existing 8' high mesh fence(s) to
remain has been denied. The fences are located from 0' to 21' from the
front property lines(s), which is less than the 25' required by Zoning
Ordinance Section 6: Yards
The applicant has requested a variance to allow the fences to remain as
constructed. Therefore, a Public Hearing has been scheduled on August
22, 2012 @ 7:15 pm at the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road, to hear
public comment on this case.
It should be noted that this property is a corner lot and therefore has a
front yard on Midway Road and Klinewoods Road.
