Cross, Zoning Officer RE: 205 Oak Hill Road REPORT: A zoning permit application to allow existing 6.5' high mesh fence to remain has been denied. The fence is located at 6.3' from the front property line, which is less than the 25' required by Zoning Ordinance Section 6: Yards The applicant has requested a variance to allow the fence to remain as constructed. Therefore, a Public Hearing has been scheduled on August 22, 2012 @ 7:30 pm at the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road, to hear public comment on this case. It should be noted that this property is a corner lot and therefore has a front yard on Oak Hill Road and Triphammer Road.
