RE: 423 Cayuga Heights Road
REPORT: A zoning permit application to allow existing 5' high wood fences to remain
has been denied. The fences are located at approximately 0' (parallel &
perpendicular) to the side property lines, which is less than the 15' side
yard setback required by Zoning Ordinance Section 6. Yard
Requirements.
The applicant has requested a variance to allow the existing fences to
remain in place. Therefore, a Public Hearing has been scheduled on
July 10, 2012 @ 7:15 pm at the Cayuga Heights Fire Station,
194 Pleasant Grove Road. to hear public comment on this case.
It should be noted that this property has frontage on both Cayuga Heights
Road and W. Upland Road.
