RE: 523 Highland Road
REPORT: A zoning permit application to allow existing 8' high fences to remain has
been denied. The fences are located at approximately 0' (parallel &
perpendicular) to the front property line (on E. Upland) and approximately
15' (perpendicular) to the front property line (on Highland), which is less
than the 25' side yard setback required by Zoning Ordinance Section 6.
Yard Requirements.
The applicant has requested a variance to allow the existing fences to
remain in place. Therefore, a Public Hearing has been scheduled on June
20, 2012 @ 7:15 pm at the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road to hear public
comment on this case.
It should be noted that this property has frontage on both Highland Road
and E. Upland Road.
