RE: 615 Highland Road
REPORT: A zoning permit application to allow an existing 8' high mesh fence to
remain has been denied. The fence is located at approximately 2' from a
front property line, which is less than the 25' front yard setback required by
Zoning Ordinance Section 6. Yard Requirements.
The applicant has requested a variance to allow the existing fence to
remain in place. Therefore, a Public Hearing has been scheduled on June
4, 2012 @ 7:30 pm at the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road to hear public
comment on this case.
It should be noted that the fence is too close to the front property on the
Hanshaw Road side of this property, which is a second "front" yard. The
address and drive way are located on Highland Road.
