REPORT: A zoning permit application to allow two existing 5' high I.rvn fences to
remain has been denied. The fences are located at approximately 0'
(perpendicular) from the side property line, which is less than the 15' side
yard setback required by Zoning Ordinance Section 6. Yard
Requirements.
The applicant has requested a variance to allow the existing fences to
remain in place. Therefore, a Public Hearing has been scheduled on June
4, 2012 @ 7:15 pm at the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road to hear public
comment on this case.
