RE: 103 Simsbury Drive
REPORT: A zoning permit application to allow an 8' high wood fence has been
denied. The proposed plan indicates that the fence will be located at
approximately 0' from the side property line, which is less than the 15' side
yard setback required by Zoning Ordinance Section 6. Yard
Requirements.
The applicant has requested a variance to allow the fence to be erected
as proposed. Therefore, a Public Hearing has been scheduled on June 4,
2012 @ 7:00 pm at the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road to hear public
comment on this case.
