The proposed plans indicate that the fence will be located at approximately 0' from the front property line (Highland Road side), which is less than the 25' side yard setback required by Zoning Ordinance Section 6. Yard Requirements. The applicant has requested a variance to allow the fence to be erected as proposed. Therefore, a Public Hearing has been scheduled on May 7, 2012 @ 7:15 pm at the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road to hear public comment on this case. It should be noted that the Highland Road side of this property is considered a front yard in addition to the front yard on the Hanshaw Road side.
