NOTICE is hereby given that on May 23, 2012 the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Board of
Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing at the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road to consider the
following variance application(s):
7:00 pm: Rehearing per NYS Village Law Section 7-712-a subsection 12 to consider new
information relevant to recent variance granted to Olivia White, owner of 505 The Parkway, for
an existing 8’ high fence in the front yard setback.
7:15 pm: Request by Xiling Shen, owner of 711 The Parkway, to allow an existing 6’ high wood
fence to remain 0.2’ from rear property line which is less than the 15’ setback required by
Zoning Ordinance Section 6: Yard Requirements.
7:30 pm: Request by Richard Robinson, owner of 102 Forest Drive, to allow an existing 8’ high
fence (privacy) to remain on/near the side property line which is less than the 15’ setback
required by Zoning Ordinance Section 6: Yard Requirements.
