RE: 102 Forest Drive
REPORT: A zoning permit application to allow existing 6' high wood fence to remain
in the side yard, has been denied. The fence is not 90% and is located at
approximately 0' from the side property line which is less than the 15' side
yard setback required by Zoning Ordinance Section 6. Yard
Requirements.
The applicant has requested a variance to allow the fence to remain as
built. Therefore, a Public Hearing has been scheduled on May 23, 2012 @
7:30 pm at the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road to hear public comment
on this case. The following properties are located within 200' and will
receive this notice by mail:
