RE: 615 Cayuga Heights Road
REPORT- A zoning permit application to allow an existing 6' high wood fence to remain in
the side yard, has been denied. The fence is located at 2.5 from the side
property line which is less than the 15' front yard setback required by Zoning
Ordinance Section 6. Yard Requirements.
Since the fence was installed many years ago as part of a swimming pool
enclosure (required by building code), the applicant wishes to allow the fence to
remain as constructed. Therefore, a Public Hearing has been scheduled on April
4, 2012 @ 7:30 pm at the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road to hear public
comment on this case- The following properties are located within 200' and will
receive this notice by mail:
