RE: 505 The Parkway
REPORT: A zoning permit application to allow an existing 8' high (90% open mesh) fence
to remain along the property line on The Parkway side and part of the property
line on the Forest Drive side, has been denied. The fences are located on the
property line (O' setback) which is less than the 25' front yard setback required by
Zoning Ordinance Section 6. Yard Requirements_
Theapplicant wishes to allow the fence(s) to remain as constructed. Therefore, a
Public Hearing has been scheduled on April 4, 2012 @ 7:15 pm at the Village
Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road to hear public comment on this case. The following
properties are located within 200' and will receive this notice by mail:
