RE: 600 Cayuga Heights Road
REPORT: A zoning permit application to allow existing 6' high chain link fence to remain in
the front yard, has been denied. The fence is located at approximately 3' from
the front property line which is less than the 25' front yard setback required by
Zoning Ordinance Section 6. Yard Requirements.
The applicant has requested a variance to allow the fence(s) to remain as built.
Therefore, a Public Hearing has been scheduled on April 30, 2012 @ 7:45 pm at
the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road to hear public comment on this case. The
following properties are located within 200' and will receive this notice by mail:
