RE: 105 Winthrop Drive
REPORT: A zoning permit application to allow existing 6' high wood fence(s) to remain in
the side/rear yards, has been denied. The fence is not 90% and is located at
approximately 3' from the side/rear property line which is less than the 15'
side/rear yard setback required by Zoning Ordinance Section 6. Yard
Requirements.
The applicant has requested a variance to allow the fence(s) to remain as built.
Therefore, a Public Hearing has been scheduled on April 30, 2012 @ 7:30 pm at
the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road to hear public comment on this case. The
