REPORT: There are existing 6' high (varies) lattice wood fences on this property that are
located on part of the front property line and part of the side property line (0'
setback), which are less than the 25715' required by the Village of Cayuga Heights
Zoning Ordinance Section 6: Yard Requirements.
Therefore, a Public Hearing has been scheduled on February 6th, 2011 @ 7:00 pm
at Marcham Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road to consider the setback variance to allow the
fences to remain as is.
The following properties are located within 200' and will receive this notice by mail:
