REPORT: There are existing 7'-8" high (varies) wood fences on this property that are located
on part of the rear and side property lines (0' setback), which are less than the
15715' required by the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 6: Yard
Requirements.
Therefore, a Public Hearing has been scheduled on February 6th, 2011 @ 7:00 pm
at Marcham Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road to consider the setback variance to allow the
fences to remain as is.
