Cross, Zoning Officer RE: 204 Klinewoods Road REPORT: A zoning permit application to allow erection of an 8' high wood fence has been denied. The fence is proposed to be located at approximately V (parallel) to the rear property line, which is less than the 15' side/rear yard setback required by Zoning Ordinance Section 6. Yard Requirements. The applicant has requested a variance to allow the new fence to be erected as proposed. Therefore, a Public Hearing has been scheduled on November 5, 2012 @ 7:15 pm at Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road, to hear public comment on this case.
