Reason Variance should be granted is that the decorative structures are not actually a fence but 3
separate landscape accent pieces,The improvements will be a desirable change and will benefit others
in the neighborhood as a beautiful and esthetically pleasing detail that will enhance the living space for.
all, Since the structure is technically not a fence and is not connected it is possible that this is project
just needs a approval from the board and no variance is needed, all total the combined landscape
improvements does not exceed 30 feet in length and%the structure is built with an open/transparent
design. The over all design does not impact a substantial area, the structures will improve the
surrounding environment for the people and wildlife,the difficulty with this structures design is
necessary for the desired effects of a calm, natural, meditation area,the panels are needed to reflect of
the water feature and provide an area with a seance of exclusion with an open inviting look.
