Cross, Zoning Officer RE: 816 Triphammer Road REPORT: A zoning permit application to allow an existing 6' high wood fence to remain has been denied. The fence is located at 1.1' (parallel) to the side property line (map attached), which is less than the 15' side yard setback required by Zoning Ordinance Section 6. Yard Requirements. The applicant has requested a variance to allow the existing fences to remain in place. Therefore, a Public Hearing has been scheduled on October 1, 2012 @ 7:30 pm at Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road. to hear public comment on this case.
