2010 PEGASYS Budget
Cable Access Oversight Committee
Attached please find the Resolution of the Cable Access Oversight Committee of May
12,2009 with recommendations for the 2010 PEGASYS Budget. As you know, the
City of lthaca's Franchise Agreement with Time Warner Cable requires that the three
participating municipalities submit a budget for public access ("PEGASYS") every year
by the end of June for the next fiscal year.
The budget addresses the equipment needs of community, government and
educational access.
Also enclosed for your reference is the City's resolution. Last year the City's
resolution served as a template for the Village resolution.
Your recommendations are due at Time Warner Cable by June 30, 2008.
I regret that I will not be able to attend the Village Board meeting of June 15, 2009.
Please let me know if you need further information before June 5, 2009. lf issues
arise after that they should go to AOC Chair Jennifer Dotson at
