Cross, Zoning Officer 105 Berkshire Road A zoning permit application has been received,'to subdivide a new building lot with an average width of 143.3'and an average depth of '150.18', which exceeds the minimum required lot width of 125' (average) and depth of 150' (average) of the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 7.a. The applicant is seeking approval as a minor subdivision according to Local Law #2 of 1992. It should be noted that the remaining lot, with the existing house, has been granted a variance from the ZBA to allow for the lot to have a road frontage of 38.33', which is less than the 75' required by the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 7.a. Therefore, a public hearing has been scheduled for 7:00 pm on November 23,2015 at the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road, lthaca, NY to seek information from the public on the proposed subdivision.
